•    If you experience any discomfort while using the product, please stop using it immediately and seek medical advice.

•    We will not accept returns for food items once they are opened.

•    Pursuant to stipulations of Consumer Protection Act, online shoppers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period upon receipt of product.

•    Returns will not be accepted unless the returned product is in brand-new condition and in its original packaging (product, attachments, packaging, supplier’s shipping carton and all accompanying documents or information should be intact).

•    Shipping charges：
All regular products qualify for free shipping with orders of $2000 and above (excluding free-shipping combo products).

•    Return policy：
Products must be returned undamaged and original packaging intact. All accessories and free gifts must be returned. Do not damage outer box. Repackage all items in the supplier’s original packaging. If the shipping carton is lost, enclose the supplier’s original outer box within a new shipping carton; do not stick delivery note or write any word on the supplier’s original outer box. We do not accept the return or we may deduct the refund amount depending on the severity of the damage if the supplier’s original outer box is damaged or items are missing. (You must request for the return and refund within seven days of receiving the product or it will not be accepted.)

•    Order cancellation：
If your order status is “Payment Pending”, you may cancel the order yourself online and re-order again later. If your order status is “Payment Received”, it means you have completed the ordering process and to cancel the order, you have to go to our homepage and click “Contact Us” to request for a return. If the product is already in delivery before you request for order cancellation, and you are expecting to receive the product or have already received it, please request for a return within the seven-day cooling-off period by clicking “Contact Us” on our homepage.
