Turmeric Miso Ramen


Vegetables and turmeric ramen make more delicious with a miso soup base! Having a late-night snack does not seem so guilty when it is mouthwatering turmeric miso ramen. This filling and delicious dish is easy to make, simply follow our chef’s instruction!

Turmeric Miso Ramen (1 serving)
  • 40-50g miso
  • 3cm long kelp
  • 15ml milk
  • 2 stalks of king oyster mushroom
  • 1 bunch of Red Turmeric Ramen
  • 1/2 an egg
  • Note: Add chopped spring onion and seaweed strips according to preference
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake king oyster mushrooms for five minutes. Blanch mushrooms if you have no oven

Step 1:
After washing king oyster mushrooms, lightly score surface of mushrooms and bake for five minutes.

Step 2:
Dissolve miso in some hot water.

Step 3:
Put dissolved miso and kelp into a pot of water to boil.

Step 4:
Prepare another pot of water to cook Red Turmeric Ramen. (Boil for five minutes)

Step 5:
Place Red Turmeric Ramen in a bowl. Add miso soup then place king oyster mushrooms and egg on top. Serve with chopped spring onion and seaweed strips if preferred.
