Turmeric Chicken Soup
Add Doctor Red Turmeric into steaming hot chicken soup for glorious golden coloring and lots of turmeric nutrition. Have a bowl of Turmeric Chicken Soup on a chilly day to fill you with nutrition and warm your heart. Turmeric Chicken Soup is easy to make, just follow our chef!
Turmeric Chicken Soup (6 servings)
Ingredients:
- 15cm long kelp
- 10 dry mushrooms
- 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- 600g clams
- 1/2 free-range chicken
- 6g (3tbsp) Red Turmeric (small jar)
- 1 bowl of Taisugar rice wine
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Some Oolong Tea Seed Oil
- Note:Some salt to taste
Step 1:
Place kelp, onion, garlic and mushrooms in boiling water.
Step 2:
Prepare another pot of water. Blanch chicken to remove impurities and remove from pot.
Step 3:
Place chicken in pot (step 1), and add king oyster mushrooms, rice wine and most importantly Red Turmeric powder (small jar).
Step 4:
Stir evenly and cook for half an hour.
Step 5:
Add clams, bring to boil and turn off fire.
Enjoy your Turmeric Chicken Soup!
Serve with a drizzle of Oolong Tea Seed Oil.
