Salt-baked Potato with Turmeric Salad Dressing

Salt-baked Potato with Turmeric Salad Dressing (3 servings)
 
Ingredients:
  • 5 potatoes
  • 15g President-brand unsalted butter
  • 2g Red Turmeric powder (small jar)
  • 100g salad dressing
  • 15g plain yogurt
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius




Step 1: Melt unsalted butter in cast iron pan (or baking tray).



Step 2: Spread out potato pieces in the pan.



Step 3:Sprinkle your favorite spices.



Step 4: Bake 60 minutes in preheated oven.



Step 5: While waiting, mix Red Turmeric powder, salad dressing and yogurt together to make turmeric salad dressing.



Step 6: Place baked potato pieces in a plate and drizzle turmeric salad dressing over them evenly.
