Turmeric Cheese Baked Rice

Turmeric Cheese Baked Rice (3 servings)
Ingredients:
  • 3 bowls of turmeric rice
  • 2 button mushrooms       
  • 1/2 stalk of broccoli
  • 1/3 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 30g President-brand unsalted butter
  • 20ml fresh milk
  • 30ml fresh cream
  • 80g shredded cheese
  • 4g white pepper
  • Vegetable stock
       
<Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius>
 



Step 1:
Melt unsalted butter in pan. Stir fry garlic, onion, button mushroom and capsicum. Add some stock as needed.



Step 2:
Stir fry evenly then add turmeric rice and white pepper (add stock if needed). Add fresh cream and broccoli and continue stir frying.



Step 3:
Transfer to a cast iron pan (or baking tray).



Step 4:
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.



Step 5:
Place in preheated oven and bake for five minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
