Tea Seed Oil Turmeric Thin Noodle (2 servings)
Ingredients:
  • 30g enoki mushroom
  • 2 stalks of baby corn
  • 30g king oyster mushroom
  • 1 baby Chinese cabbage
  • 1 stalk of fresh mushroom
  • 15g carrot
  • 50cc oolong tea seed oil
  • 30cc Ta-Tung Soy Sauce Paste
  • 2 bunches of Red Turmeric Thin Noodle
  • Vegetables may be varied according to preference and season



Step 1:
Boil water in a pot. Add Turmeric Thin Noodle. Remove after 2 minutes.



Step 2:
Cut all other ingredients and blanch in boiling water.



Step 3:
Place Turmeric Thin Noodle and other ingredients in a plate. Drizzle some tea seed oil and soy sauce paste on top and mix evenly.



Step 4:
Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
